Frequently asked Questions
Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends) and delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.
If you are unhappy with your order for a legitimate reason such as: the order was missing a product, the product was damaged or the order did not arrive, we will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown that the order you were charged for was not supplied as it should have been.
Forageplus cannot accept returns of opened items unless goods are faulty or damaged.

Deliveries are usually made within 1-2 business days of ordering. Our courier will contact you by email or SMS with further details regarding your delivery. You can contact us here if you require further assistance.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by either our online chat feature, or through our contact form here.
We will do our best to amend any incorrect shipping address as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. If the product has already been dispatched, additional shipping charges may apply.
We are able to ship Forageplus products to the majority of countries Worldwide and you can view the available shipping options from the checkout page. We are currently unable to ship to both Spain and Italy after recent Brexit related changes. If you cannot view your country when at checkout you can contact us here for further information.
We will usually include all of your items within one package. Depending on the size of your order we may sometimes ship more than one parcel due to courier weight restrictions.
