We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When you visit Forageplus or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. We also communicate via social media platforms and our Forageplus Talk Newsletter. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Forageplus or its content suppliers and protected by UK and international copyright laws. Forageplus and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Forageplus and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, email us with your complaint.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Forageplus are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Forageplus retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched.
Pricing & Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Grand Total’.
Sometimes reasons beyond our control mean that you will not receive your parcel when you expected. We cannot guarantee delivery within a certain time frame and where orders are multiple and one item is delayed we will ship as one order. If your products are essential then having extra products in stock is a good policy so you do not run out. Please do not make your lack of organisation a crisis and a drama on our behalf.
The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
We do not routinely add scoops to any of our products. This is because we believe that the plastic waste from receiving a scoop with every order is unnecessary. Our products are priced for sale with the inclusion of the scoop recommended on the feed rate tab. We will only send scoops for your order that are reasonable for the products bought. If you choose too many scoops or scoops which do not correspond with the product you are buying, Forageplus reserves the right to change the scoops to match the order. Forageplus provides one scoop per product purchased.
If you need scoops that were not sent with your order you will need to pay the postage to have them sent out to you.
All analysis services should be used within 6 months of purchase to avoid any additional costs due to lab price increases.
Orders being shipped outside the UK may be subjected to tax, customs charges and administration fees on entry to the country. Once an international shipment reaches customs for clearance, any delays or subsequent processing time will be out of the control of Forageplus Ltd until local customs have cleared the shipment for release. When an order is held with customs we would be unable to provide a refund until the product has been released and the order returned to us, any outstanding fees for unpaid customs charges, VAT, handling or administration fees would be deducted from your refund amount along with any additional shipping costs.
Forageplus are not able to advise the exact charges each country will apply to international orders as this can vary for each country and order. It is the customer’s responsibility to know about and pay all customs, tax and administration charges relating to shipments outside the UK.

Refunds, Faulty Goods & Cancellations
Forageplus cannot accept returns of opened items unless goods are faulty or damaged.
Forageplus cannot accept returns or give refunds for products that have been opened and transferred into other storage containers. The packaging your product is supplied in is sealed and carefully chosen for the shelf life of the product.
If you choose to remove any Forageplus product from its original packaging and store it in a container chosen by yourself Forageplus are not responsible for the product then being spoiled. Incorrect storage of our products may expose them to moisture particularly in cold weather conditions where products are stored in a damp place and then weather temperature rises quickly. Some of the products are hygroscopic which means they will absorb moisture from the air.
Our products do not contain mould inhibitors or chemicals to prolong shelf life as these can be detrimental to horse health, particularly sensitive horses.
If our products are stored incorrectly, clumping may occur and even mould, which will make the product unfit for horse consumption. This is a direct result of incorrect storage. You should take care to seal the bags, once opened, carefully after every use, using the seal at the top of the bag. Always keep the product in a dry place. This will avoid moisture affecting the product. If you feel you have to transfer the product from the packaging, the container you choose must be completely airtight and have a rubber seal. Old feed tubs do not have airtight lids and should never be used.
All discussions through email and phone calls regarding the purchase of products from Forageplus are advice and based on suggestions to support and maintain horse health. Customers are free to accept or reject this advice and pursue their own research before purchasing Forageplus products.
Forageplus cannot accept the return of opened items which horses will not eat. The nature of supplements means that smell and taste can affect a horses willingness to consume the product. We will however give advice and suggestions to help you feed your purchase successfully to your horse.
If for some reason you receive a faulty or damaged item, or you believe your order to be incorrect, please inform us immediately (within 5 working days), we will then send you a replacement, an alternative item, correct the mistake or investigate further. We will need you to supply photographs to support claims and return the damaged, faulty or incorrect item to us with all packaging including the shipping label. Failure to return the item with the packaging and the shipping label will result in us being unable to make a claim against the shipping company and therefore we will not be able to refund your shipping costs.
Returned items must be returned within 60 days from the initial purchase date, products to be returned over the 60 day period may still be eligible for a store credit, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Customers who specifically request not to use packaging, bubble wrap etc. will forfeit their right to return products that are damaged in transit. The packaging we use is to prevent any damage which is common when shipping.
Please contact us to discuss the problem before you return the item by the cheapest signed for method (usually Royal Mail). We will refund you the cost of your postage within 48 hours once we receive the item, if the item is faulty or the mistake was our fault. Please note you will need return the item before we can consider any refund or replacement. With some items we will need to refer to the manufacturer and be led by their opinion on faults and damage.
Where an order may have been damaged whilst being shipped you will need to either refuse the parcel or tell us within 3 working days of receipt that the shipment was damaged.
If you wish to cancel your order you should do so before 9 am the following morning in order to qualify for a full refund. If you cancel your order after 9 am then we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost from the amount and a possible handling fee of £5.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order after the order has been received or dispatched then please return the items to us. The items must have been purchased within 3 months of the return date. The cost of return is the customer’s responsibility. The items should be unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Customers will then have the cost of the products minus the Forageplus shipping costs return to them. Forageplus reserve the right to deduct an administration fee of £2 which is in line with PayPal charges and a handling fee of £5 for each separate invoice. Customers outside the UK will have an extra £5 deducted to cover currency fluctuations and overseas transaction fees.
Please note that where a customer has placed an order to a value that free shipping applied and wishes a refund the shipping costs will be deducted from that refund.
All orders including Analysis and Feed Plan orders which are cancelled more than one month after purchase will have an administration fee of £2 deducted which is in line with PayPal charges and a handling fee of £5 for each separate invoice. Customers outside the UK will have an extra £5 deducted to cover currency fluctuations and overseas transaction fees.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy
Gift cards, eGift cards or eVouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
We aim to complete and return forage analysis reports to you as soon as we possibly can. Occasionally economic issues, out of the companies control will delay reports.
Most grass, hay or haylage reports are completed and returned within 14 working days from when we receive the forage sample, however, this can take longer depending on a number of factors including the season, how busy it is at the lab, and public holidays and postal strikes.
We are not an express analysis service and we do not advertise ourselves to be. Reports will be sent via email as soon as they are completed.
Soil analysis reports can take up to 6 weeks to be returned but the average is around one month from the date of the us receiving the sample in our office.
Water reports have a turn around time of around 3 weeks.
You should look to use your analysis within 12 months of purchase. We can not issue refunds or store credit on analysis orders older than 24 months from the date of purchase.
Our bespoke feed suggestions are based on forage analysis (and where applicable, in addition; water analysis results). We formulate suggestions unique to your individual horse’s requirements. Feed suggestions are given at the discretion of the company and are not included in the price of any forage or water analysis report.
It is important for safety and horse welfare that the information provided to Forageplus is up-to-date and as accurate as possible. Failure to provide sufficient information and or photos may result in us being unable to provide you with feed suggestions.
All communication regarding horses, their nutrition and the suggestions Forageplus provides will be carried out via email. Forageplus cannot discuss feed suggestions relating to analysis reports through telephone calls. This is a policy to ensure the best efficiency and speed, and enables records of all communication to keep both the horse and the company safe.
The timeframe for completion of feed suggestions is dependent upon demand. Each feed suggestion request will be placed in a queue and will be responded to as soon as possible.
We can only begin to calculate feed suggestions once the analysis report has been completed. The timeframe for completion of feed suggestions is dependent upon demand. The feed suggestions will normally take 1-2 weeks longer than the analysis report but this is totally dependent upon employee annual leave and the level of demand for this free service.
Incorrect Details Provided to Forageplus
It is your job to give Forageplus all the correct details regarding the shipping address to which your order will be delivered. Forageplus cannot accept any liability for incorrect details entered by you during the check out process or given over the phone as a telephone order.
The responsibility to check that the shipping address is the correct one lies with the customer. You should be careful to check that the addressed entered is the correct one for both billing and shipping as they can be different from each other.
If you give us incorrect shipping information and the parcel arrives at the wrong location Forageplus cannot be held liable but we will do our best to help you sort the matter out. Note that extra shipping costs incurred in this event will need to be paid by the customer.
Forageplus and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Forageplus does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Forageplus itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

If you are not satisfied with your Forageplus products, if you decide you no longer require a product or if a product has been ordered in error, you are able to return any unopened items within 60 days from when the order was placed. You are able to receive a full refund, minus any shipping expenses Forageplus has incurred. Any returned products must be unopened (unless faulty), unspoiled and in the same condition as received.

Coupons & Discounts
Coupons are valid for a limited time and only while stocks last. Forageplus reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time. Discount will not be applied before or after the period the coupon is active. If you do not purchase the qualifying items added to your Cart when the coupon is in effect, the discount will not apply. The coupon applies only to qualifying items displayed on the Forageplus Wednesday Coupon Code page. The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item. The coupon may only be used on the Forageplus website. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products. Offer good only while supplies last. Void where prohibited. Forageplus has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of any coupon. Consumer is required to pay any applicable sales tax related to the use of the coupon. Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law. Limitations of liability: Neither the Forageplus, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the coupon promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for: Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof. Any injury or damage to participants/entrants upon delivery and/or use of their coupon. System failures on the website. Forageplus respectfully asks customers not to email or telephone requesting information about future coupons, please wait for notification on the website, social media or the email sent to your inbox. Coupons may not be used in conjunction with any other active coupons or subscription purchases.

service and products exceed, or fall below, expectations. We review all comments received from customers and the information is then forwarded to the appropriate member of staff. In this way, we can strive to continuously improve the quality of the products and service that we offer.
How to Complain
We take complaints very seriously. Please contact the Forageplus office and raise the matter with a member of staff. That staff member will speak to management and get back to you within
three working days, wherever possible, with the next step. If we are unable to settle your complaint the owner of Forageplus will call you to discuss the matter further. If that is not satisfactory, we kindly request that you put your complaint in writing and post or email it to Forageplus.
We hope that most problems can be sorted out quickly and easily. If your problem cannot be sorted out in this way and you wish to make a written complaint, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible.
Complaints concerning our services or products should be addressed to the Customer Services Department. Please include your invoice number, date of purchase and if possible the batch number of the product bought. This can be found on a label on the front of the pouch/packaging. You can send your complaint through the post or by email using our contact page.
We shall endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within three working days, and aim to have reviewed your complaint within ten working days of the date that we received it. We
will then be in a position to discuss it and deliver the best outcome for all involved. Our aim is to do our best for you and your horse. We rely on feedback to provide the best possible service. If you are unhappy, please let us know. We cannot solve a problem if we are unaware of it, so please always tell us. Your custom is very important to us and we appreciate your cooperation in these instances.
Should we not be able to resolve your complaint then any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Forageplus or to products and services you purchase through Forageplus shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the United Kingdom, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Forageplus’ intellectual property rights, Forageplus may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in the United Kingdom, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
