Subscription questions answered
- How do I create a subscription?
- When adding an eligible product to your basket, choose the Subscribe and save option and your delivery frequency. You can also adjust your subscription settings in the basket at checkout. The frequencies available are based on the size of the product and the number of servings it contains, to help keep you on track.
- How much do I save?
- Every subscription order receives 5% off the usual store price, from your first delivery to your last. If a product is on sale at a discount greater than 5%, you receive the higher discount instead. Discounts do not stack, but you always get the better one.
- How do I manage my deliveries?
- Log in to your Forageplus account and open the Subscriptions area. From there you can add or remove items, change your delivery frequency, move your next order date, and choose a different shipping address or payment method. Each subscription can have its own address and payment method. Need a hand? Email [email protected].
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. There is no minimum period. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from the Subscriptions area of your account, and no further orders will be processed.
- When will I be charged?
- You are charged automatically on the date each order is processed. We email you a reminder before each delivery showing the items, price and any discount.
- How will I know my order is on its way?
- You receive an order confirmation email every time an order processes, and another email as soon as it ships. All upcoming order dates are shown in your subscription profile.
- An order processed that I was not ready for. Can it be cancelled?
- If you have not yet received a shipping notification, you can cancel the order and the subscription from your account dashboard, and the order will be refunded. If it has already shipped, email [email protected] or use our contact page, and we will find the best solution with you.
- What if my payment method fails?
- We will try to process your subscription using any other payment method saved in your account. If all payment methods fail, you will need to add a new one promptly or your subscription will be cancelled.
- Can I subscribe from outside the UK?
- Yes. International subscription orders are sent with Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Please check with your local customs office about any customs charges and fees. Orders into the EU should be a minimum of €150.

Automatic renewal
Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel. Unless you tell us before your renewal date that you want to cancel, you authorise us to collect the applicable subscription fees, including any taxes and shipping, using any saved payment method on your account.
Introduction
These Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are between you and Forageplus Ltd and govern our respective rights and obligations. Your use of the Forageplus.co.uk website is also governed by our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and all other applicable terms on the Forageplus.co.uk website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for a Forageplus subscription, you accept these Terms.
Subscription benefit
The subscription discount is 5% off the store price of eligible products when you choose a recurring delivery frequency, as shown on the product page and in the basket at checkout. The discount applied may change for subscriptions created during sale events such as Black Friday. The subscription discount does not stack with sale pricing; only the greater discount applies to a transaction. Renewal orders receive the standard 5% subscription discount off the store price. Applicable taxes and normal shipping rates and rules apply.
Subscription cancellation
Your Forageplus subscription continues until cancelled. There is no minimum subscription period. You may cancel or modify your subscriptions at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future orders; any order already processed is handled as described in our FAQ above.
Other limitations
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse your subscription at our discretion.
- You may not transfer or assign any Forageplus subscription.
- Subscriptions may not be used for resale, rental, or to ship to your own customers or potential customers.
- Only certain products are eligible for subscription, as noted on the product page.
- We reserve the right not to ship some or all products for one or more subscription periods where necessary, which may affect shipping rates including free shipping eligibility. You will not be charged for skipped periods.
Fees and renewal
Any subscription fee is stated on the product page. Applicable taxes and normal shipping rates and rules apply to all subscriptions. We will try to honour your preferred shipping method, but where necessary we may process your order using the next most economical shipping method.
If the payment method on your subscription is declined, we will try any other payment method saved in your account. If all payment methods fail, you must promptly provide a new eligible payment method or your subscription will be cancelled. Once a new payment method is successfully charged, your subscription period will vary depending on your chosen subscription. Renewal dates are shown in the Subscriptions area of your account dashboard.
Agreement changes
We may change these Terms in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Customers with an active subscription will be notified by email, at their Forageplus account email address, of any changes to these Terms.
Termination by us
We may terminate your Forageplus subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged but before your order ships, your subscription will be cancelled and the charge refunded. We will not give a refund where termination relates to conduct that we determine violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of a subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another customer. Our failure to enforce strict compliance with these Terms does not waive any of our rights.
Returns
All returns of subscription orders are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
