Orders and Delivery
Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends) and delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.
If your tracking information is showing as “delivered” but you cannot locate your package we suggest checking around the address, including all entrances, and behind anything that could ‘hide’ the package from passers by, as well as with immediate neighbours to see if they may have received it by mistake.
Additionally, some drivers will scan packages as “delivered” as they start to service an entire street or area. In this case, the scan would be premature and additional time would be needed to complete delivery.
After 24 hours of being marked as “delivered” and you still do not have the package, please contact our support team using the below contact form.

Deliveries are usually made within 1-2 business days of ordering. Our courier will contact you by email or SMS with further details regarding your delivery. You can contact us here if you require further assistance.
We do not keep any payment details in our office. Your details may be stored within your customer account and are only accessible by yourself. Payment details cannot be viewed from within your account.
Most of our products are exempt from VAT. Our only VAT applicable products would be in our clothing and kit range and our range of analysis services.
We are able to ship Forageplus products to the majority of countries Worldwide and you can view the available shipping options from the checkout page. We are currently unable to ship to both Spain and Italy after recent Brexit related changes. If you cannot view your country when at checkout you can contact us here for further information.
We will usually include all of your items within one package. Depending on the size of your order we may sometimes ship more than one parcel due to courier weight restrictions.
We offer free shipping on orders of balancers, supplements, clothing and kit with a value over £80.
Free shipping is only available for mainland UK, excluding Northern Ireland.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for a legitimate reason such as: the order was missing a product, the product was damaged or the order did not arrive, we will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown that the order you were charged for was not supplied as it should have been.
You may return a product within 60 days of the initial order date for a full refund, minus any shipping costs or transaction fees incurred by Forageplus, as long as the product is unopened and unspoiled (excluding hay pallets).
Forageplus cannot accept returns of opened items unless goods are faulty or damaged.

We are all human (for now!) and occasionally we might make a mistake during busy periods. If you happen to receive an incorrect item, please let us know here, and we will do our best to quickly find a solution.
If you receive a damaged item, please take a picture of the damaged item, the outer packaging the product arrived in, including the label and send these to email@example.com – with a brief description of the problem.
One of our support team will then be in touch to help find the best resolution.

We will do our best to amend any incorrect shipping address as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. If the product has already been dispatched, additional shipping charges may apply.
We are able to make changes to any orders placed as long as they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us here to make any changes.
We will be unable to make changes to your order if your order has already been dispatched.
Products that are temporarily out of stock will be available to order on back-order. We will do our best to ensure our stock levels are as accurate as possible. We restock our items regularly. If your desired product is out of stock, you can contact us here for further information.

Forageplus Subscription Program
Creating a subscription for your favourite Forageplus feeds and supplements couldn’t be easier! When adding the item to your cart, select the option to Subscribe & Save along with your desired delivery frequency. You can also adjust your new subscription settings from within the cart itself during checkout.
To make it easy for you, we’ve added as many frequencies as we are able too. This will be determined from the size of the product selected and the amount of servings it contains to help keep you on track. You get to decide how often you would like to receive your order.
Forageplus subscriptions are automatic and worry free. Once created, your orders will process on the schedule you selected. Plus, you save money! Every subscription order receives a 5% discount off the usual store price. From the initial order to the very last, you’re saving money. And don’t worry, if the product is on sale at a discount that is greater than 5%, you’ll receive the higher discount for your item. The discounts don’t stack, but we’ll make sure you get the best one!
Going out of town and need to hold off on receiving it? We make it easy for you to adjust your subscription settings in your Account Dashboard.
The beauty of our subscription program is that you have complete control. You may join the program whenever you’d like and leave the program whenever you’d like, without penalty.
Should you need to edit your subscription, all you need to do is log into your Forageplus account and head to your Subscriptions area to view your subscription(s) and their controls. You can add or remove items from an existing subscription, adjust your order frequency, and change your next order date, just to name a few.
Need to change your shipping address or payment method? You can select from any address or payment method already saved to your account or you can add a new one. Each subscription can have its own shipping address and payment method, so you’re not limited to just one for your orders.
If shipping internationally, the package will always ship with UPS. You will need to check with your local customs office regarding customs charges & fees. Orders into the EU should be of a minimum 150€.

You can expect an order confirmation email every time an order processes. All upcoming order dates are available in your subscription profile as well. We’ll also shoot you an email as soon as your order ships.
If you currently have a subscription and you are looking to change the interval at which you receive the products, for example from every two weeks to every 6 weeks, you can send our support team a message who will be able to change the interval and also the next payment date as required.
You’ll be charged automatically on the date the order is processed.
If the order has just processed and you haven’t received a shipping notification yet, you can cancel the new order and the subscription using the Cancel Subscription form or by visiting your Account Dashboard. This will also include a refund for the order, ensuring you’re taken care of all at once.

The subscription discount is 5% off from store price of certain products when choosing a recurring rebill frequency, and is outlined on the Forageplus.co.uk product webpage and in the cart during checkout. Discount applied may change for subscriptions created during disruptive sale events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Semi-Annual Sale, etc). The subscription discount does not “stack” on top of sale pricing — only the greater discount will apply for a transaction. Subscription product pricing at rebill will apply the standard subscription 5% discount off product store price. Applicable taxes and normal shipping rates and rules apply.
Your Forageplus subscription will continue until cancelled. You may cancel or modify your Forageplus subscriptions at any time by visiting your Account Dashboard.
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse your subscription at our discretion.
- You may not transfer or assign any Forageplus subscription.
- Forageplus subscribers are not permitted to subscribe for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using their Forageplus subscription.
- Only certain products are eligible for Forageplus subscriptions and are noted on the Forageplus.co.uk product webpage.
- We reserve the right to not ship you a Forageplus subscription (some or all products) for one or more subscription periods as necessary, which may affect shipping rates including free shipping eligibility. We won’t charge you a subscription fee for skipped subscription period(s).
Fees and Renewal
Any subscription fee is stated on the Forageplus.co.uk product webpage. Applicable taxes, and normal shipping rates and rules apply to all subscriptions. We will attempt to honour your preferred shipping method of your Forageplus subscription, but as necessary, we reserve the right to process your subscription order using the next most economical shipping method.
If all eligible payment methods we have on record for you are declined for payment of your subscription fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription will be cancelled.
If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will vary depending on your chosen subscription. Visit your Account Dashboard and Subscriptions to see renewal dates for your subscription.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR FORAGEPLUS SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE, AND YOU AUTHORISE US WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND SHIPPING FEES, USING ANY SAVED PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms in accordance with the Conditions of Use. Customers with an active Forageplus subscription will be notified via email at their Forageplus account email address of any changes to these Terms.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your Forageplus subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription fee but prior to our shipment of the subscription order, your subscription will be cancelled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of any Forageplus subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
All returns of Forageplus subscriptions are subject to the Forageplus.co.uk Returns & Refunds Policy.
