Orders being shipped outside of the UK may be subjected to tax, customs charges and administration fees on entry to the country. It is the customers responsibility to know about and pay all customs, tax and administration charges relating to shipments outside the UK.
Shipments into EU Countries
Orders being shipped into the majority of EU countries must have a minimum product value of €150. These requirements are put in place by the EU and are not the decision of Forageplus. This minimum order value does not apply to Switzerland or Northern Ireland, where there remains no minimum order value.
There will be customs duties/tax to pay on all orders, normally around 20-30% of the product cost. There is a handy calculator you can use here to calculate the estimated import duties and taxes.

These requirements are subject to change and it is the customer’s responsibility to check and adhere to customs requirements for the country of import.
Shipments Held with Customs
Once an international shipment reaches customs for clearance, any delays or subsequent processing time will be out of the control of Forageplus Ltd until local customs have cleared the shipment for release. When an order is held with customs we would be unable to provide a refund until the product has been released and the order returned to us, any outstanding fees for unpaid customs charges, VAT, handling or administration fees would be deducted from your refund amount along with any additional shipping costs. Forageplus are not able to advise the exact charges each country will apply to international orders as this can vary for each country and order.
In the event that a product or shipment is held or seized by customs indefinitely, or if a shipment is disposed of by customs agents, a product refund will not be possible.
Forageplus Subscription Programme

Returns of Overseas Orders
If you are not satisfied with your Forageplus products, if you decide you no longer require a product or if a product has been ordered in error, you can return any unopened items within 60 days from when the order was placed. You can receive a full refund, minus any shipping expenses, customs fees/taxes or administration charges that Forageplus has incurred. Any returned products must be unopened, unspoiled and in the same condition as received.
Returned items must be returned within 60 days from the initial purchase date, products to be returned over the 60 days may still be eligible for a store credit, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
