Timely deliveries matter, especially over the busy festive season. These are the key dates for ordering balancers, minerals and analysis services over Christmas and New Year 2026–2027, so your orders and samples reach us, and the lab, safely and without delay.

Order deadlines
We always do our best to dispatch promptly, but courier delays beyond our control are common at this time of year.
UK orders
Ordering by the 21st gives your parcel the best chance of arriving on time, and avoids the delays that can build up in courier networks at this time of year.
European orders
Forage, soil and water analysis
The laboratory closes over Christmas, so samples need to reach it before the shutdown.
Please do not send samples to Forageplus or directly to the lab after Monday 14th December. Samples posted after this date may sit in postal systems over the holidays and risk becoming unusable. You can still place analysis orders online throughout the festive period; just send your samples once the lab reopens on Monday 4th January 2027.
