Forageplus understands the importance of timely deliveries, especially during the holiday season. To ensure a smooth ordering experience, we have provided you with the following dates.
By keeping these in mind, you can confidently place your orders for balancers, minerals, or analysis services and have them delivered before and during the upcoming festive period.
Horse forage, soil or water analysis from Forageplus
All forage, soil, or water analysis samples must be sent by Monday, December 16th, 2024, to ensure that the lab receives the results before the festive holidays.
This does not stop you from ordering any analysis from Forageplus but be aware that samples should not be sent to us or the lab after this date until the new year 2024.
We advise that no samples be sent to us or the lab in the UK after Monday, 16th December, 2024 so that the samples do not sit in a post box over the holidays.
Shipment of orders
The last date for shipping parcels from Forageplus to the UK, so that the parcels arrive before Christmas will be 1 pm on Friday 20th December 2024, however, we would advise ordering before this date in order to avoid any disappointment from delivery-related issues that may be beyond our control.
The last date for shipping parcels from Forageplus to all parts of Europe so that the parcels arrive before Christmas will be 1 pm on Monday 16th December 2024.
Orders will be taken throughout the Christmas and New Year period on our website.
Shipping of orders will take place up to Wednesday 23nd December, with a brief break for Christmas.
Orders will then be shipped again on Wednesday 27th of December, with a brief break for the New Year holiday before resuming as normal on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
Telephone orders and office hours
The last date the office will be open before Christmas will be Monday 23rd December 2024.
The office will then be open on Monday, 30th December, 2024.
The office will then reopen in the new year, on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
